At U. of Stellenbosch, Black Students Are Learning the Skills of Winemaking
In the township where Erasmus Nsabulo Dangazela grew up, wine wasn't part of the culture. Residents were more likely to drink beer or spirits. "We weren't exposed to wine," says Mr. Dangazela, a first-year student at the University of Stellenbosch.
