At Marshall U., President's Raid on Department Funds Sparked Ire, Then a New Approach
Marshall University faculty and staff members were surprised last week by an e-mail from Stephen J. Kopp, the university's president, informing them that he had significantly reduced the balances in departmental bank accounts and transferred the money to a university holding account.
