As Security Concerns Rise, New Web Browsers Gain Favor at Colleges

Concerned about network security and annoyed by pop-up advertisements, computing experts in the University of Florida's physics department are offering unsolicited advice to their Web-surfing students: Ditch Microsoft's Internet Explorer Web browser. Try Mozilla's Firefox browser instead.
