As Congress Prepares to Expand GI Bill, Colleges Reach Out to Veterans

With Congress on the verge of enacting a measure that would drastically expand the GI Bill, a group of college presidents, student veterans, and military leaders met here last week to discuss how to make campuses friendlier to veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
