Arkansas's Higher-Education Chief Assumes University Presidency
The University of Central Arkansas has snatched away that state's top higher-education official.
Lu Hardin, who had been the director of the Arkansas Department of Higher Education since 1997, took over as president of Central Arkansas last week, days after resigning from his state-level post.
