Arkansas Professors Vote No Confidence in Trustees Over Plan to Give Credit for D's Earned Elsewhere

Faculty members at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville voted no confidence this month in the University of Arkansas System's Board of Trustees. The vote was in response to a board decision to allow students who had earned D's elsewhere to transfer those grades for credit to colleges in the system.
