Applications to MBA Programs Decline for Second Straight Year, Report Says
Two years after soaring to record levels, applications to the nation's M.B.A. programs have dropped for the second straight year, the Graduate Management Admission Council reported.
Traditional two-year programs suffered the biggest hits, a result of higher tuition, a strengthening economy, and fewer foreign applicants, according to "Application Trends Survey 2004: Executive Report."
