Appeals Court Upholds Ruling for NCAA Over Eligibility Standards
The National Collegiate Athletic Association may have found a cure for Cureton in Philadelphia.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled in favor of the N.C.A.A. in May, effectively ending one of the most dangerous lawsuits the association has faced.
