Appeals Court Questions NCAA About Receiving Federal Money
Does the N.C.A.A. receive government money?
That question occupied most of the time during oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Cureton v. National Collegiate Athletic Association, according to court watchers and lawyers for both sides.
