A federal appeals court has refused to reconsider its decision to revive a gender-discrimination lawsuit filed against the University of Colorado by two women who say they were gang-raped at a 2001 football recruiting party. In a ruling issued late Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit rejected the university’s request to have the lawsuit dismissed, the Associated Press reported.
