Anti-Abortion Group Sues Arizona State U.
An anti-abortion student group at Arizona State University at Tempe filed a discrimination lawsuit last week against the university, alleging that administrators had stifled the students' right to free speech by restricting their ability to hold a campus event.
The lawsuit, filed in federal district court in Arizona, seeks unspecified damages and an order to prevent the university from limiting the group's rights in the future.
