Another University Official Is Fired and One Quits in Loan Scandal
Two more universities involved in the student-loan scandal announced last week the departures of officials believed to have benefited financially from their relationships with student lenders.
Columbia University said it had fired David Charlow from his position as senior associate dean of student affairs, while the Johns Hopkins University said Ellen Frishberg had quit as director of student financial services.
