Anonymous Library Group Under a Patriot Act Gag Order Can Go Public
The public will soon know the identity of a Connecticut library group that was secretly ordered under the USA Patriot Act to turn over some patrons' records. The U.S. Department of Justice has abandoned its fight to prevent the group from publicly identifying itself.
