Animal-Rights Groups Battle U. of Wisconsin Plan to Expand Primate-Research Center

A dispute over primate research at the University of Wisconsin at Madison has evolved into a battle over land.

The university wants to expand its Wisconsin National Primate Research Center, and has offered $1-million for land located between two offices of the research facility.
