Analysis Questions Accuracy of College Board's Tuition Projections
The College Board's annual reports on tuition have underestimated the average increase in each of the last four years, prompting a financial-aid analyst who discovered the discrepancies to say the board's figures bear "little relationship to reality" because they are based on estimates.
