An Unlikely Pairing Aims to Reform College Sports

Athletes and professors working together to reform college sports? Who woulda thunk it?

It sounds odd, and it's not an entirely comfortable match, but a group of athletes and a group of professors, both working for change in college sports, have gotten together to pursue common goals. The Collegiate Athletes Coalition and the Drake Group held a joint news conference last month at Ohio University, and have begun to look at undertaking other shared initiatives.
