An ROTC Officer Girds for Battle
Joshua W. Matthews was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army on May 18 after two years in the University of Wyoming's Reserve Officers Training Corps. He is finishing a master's degree in political science this summer while recruiting for Wyoming's ROTC. In October, Lieutenant Matthews, 24, heads for Fort Benning, Ga., for infantry-officer training.
