An Outsourcing Success Story

I was distressed, but not surprised, by the headline of The Chronicle's article "Technology 'Outsourcing': the Results Are Mixed" (October 29). The headline could just as well have made the point that the use of internal resources, as opposed to outsourcing, had achieved mixed results -- were that not the case, outsourcing would not be such a growing business.
