American U. Seeks to Dismiss Tenured Law Prof; Ex-Official to Lead American Indian Law Program

TORT EXPERT TAINTED: Mark M. Hager, a tenured professor at American University's Washington College of Law, has been suspended from practicing law for a year. Now, the product-liability and tort expert may lose his teaching job.
