American Donor Stops Payment on $30-Million Pledge to Israel's Technion
Payments on a $30-million pledge to the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology for a new business-and-management school have been frozen by its U.S. donor, William Davidson.
Mr. Davidson is president and chief executive of Guardian Industries Corporation, a glass manufacturer in Auburn Hills, Mich. He also owns the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association.
