American Academy of Arts and Sciences Announces 212 New Members
The American Academy of Arts and Sciences announced on Monday the election of 190 new fellows and 22 new foreign honorary members.
The 212 men and women, who are prominent figures in scholarship, business, the arts, and public affairs, will be inducted into the 228-year-old academy at a ceremony on October 11 in Cambridge, Mass. Among the new members are representatives of more than 50 universities.
