Allegations at Stevens Institute Center on Troubled Board of Trustees

Harold J. Raveché, president of the Stevens Institute of Technology, has taken much of the heat over the 16-count civil complaint filed last week against the university by the New Jersey attorney general. But details from the lawsuit show that most of the troubles at the Hoboken, N.J., university are believed to stem at least as much from a dysfunctional Board of Trustees as from Mr. Raveché
