Albertus Magnus College Settles Lawsuit With Ex-Professor
Albertus Magnus College has settled a lawsuit with a former nontenured professor who charged that the Roman Catholic institution had fired him because he is gay.
George E. O'Brien Jr., a lawyer for the college, said its insurance company had "made a business decision to settle the matter, and we are bound by our contract with them to accept that decision."
