Alberta to Share Oil Wealth With Other Canadians Via Scholarships
Alberta is setting up a national scholarship program worth millions of dollars to share some of its oil wealth with other Canadians.

"It is Alberta's hope these awards will go to Canadians who need a bit of financial help to achieve their educational goals," Mr. Klein said.
