Alabama Board Selects Interim Chancellor of 2-Year Colleges; Director of Duke Institute Plans Broad Approach to Global-Health Issues; Wright State U. Promotes Provost to Presidency
TEMPORARY FIX: Thomas E. Corts, 64, the newly appointed interim chancellor of Alabama's two-year college system, does not have a tough act to follow.
