After Terror Charges, Artist Exhibits Academic Freedom
Steven J. Kurtz hovers over his kitchen table and carefully squirts a liquid seaweed extract into petri dishes. Later in the process, he'll spray 2 milliliters of bacteria over the dishes. That bacteria will feed off the seaweed extract and create bright red splotches in the dishes.
