Affirmative Action and Law Reviews

Regardless of one's views on affirmative action, the issue of minority students' selection for law reviews is only one example of a problem inherent in granting preferences in education based on factors unrelated to academic ability ("In Search of Diversity on Law Reviews," September 5).
