Advocacy Group Faults NIH on Spending for Parkinson's Research
Officials of the Parkinson's Action Network released a report last month charging that the National Institutes of Health had misspent money intended to support studies of Parkinson's disease.
According to the report, a study by 15 independent researchers who analyzed individual grants from fiscal 1998 found that 4 to 44 per cent of the allocations directed toward the study of Parkinson's disease had been spent
