Accreditor Takes Pharmacy Programs Off Probation

Hampton University, in Virginia, has dropped a lawsuit against the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education after the accrediting group lifted the probation it had placed on the university's pharmacy program.

Hampton was one of four institutions placed on probation by the council in January, along with Nova Southeastern University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and Xavier University of Louisiana. But Hampton and Xavier filed federal
