Accreditation for Teacher Training

In answer to Donald Warren's claim that Massachusetts' teacher-testing episode brings "bad news" to the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, I provide the following information: NCATE accredits only seven schools of education in Massachusetts ("Assessing Programs That Train Teachers," Letters to the Editor, November 6).
