Access to Online Resources Is 'Vital'
To the Editor:
As colleges and universities provide more online resources, the need for cheap, reliable access to these resources from anywhere is vital to the educational goal of the institution ("Dial In on Your Own Dime," March 2). If the institution is unable to provide the access, it should at least try to provide alternate means to access the online resources without burdening faculty members and students financially or reducing their ease of use.
