While both countries emphasize education, North Korea's system is saturated with politics
In the lobby of a downtown hotel here in the South Korean capital, Kyongsoo Lho beholds the night falling on one of East Asia's most vibrant cities.
The lights glitter like so many diamonds on a jeweler's cloth, and the early evening crowds begin to tread the sidewalks underneath a galaxy of neon signs promoting familiar-looking Western products in the native Hangul script.
