Chris Mooney, the Washington correspondent for Seed magazine, drew attention last year with his book The Republican War on Science (Basic Books). Now Glassbead Books/Parlor Press has published an online discussion by several academics about Mr. Mooney’s book. Not all of them support his arguments. Some of the academics are skeptical or say the book lacks broader context. Their response, Looking for a Fight: Is There a Republican War on Science?, is available online.
