ACT Offshoot to Test International Students
ACT Inc. has created a for-profit subsidiary that will provide testing services to international students who are seeking to attend American colleges.
The nonprofit Iowa-based organization, which owns the ACT examination, announced in January that the subsidiary, ACT Education Solutions, would initially serve students for whom English is not a first language.
ACT Inc. also said it had acquired the assets of Campus Group International Educational Services, an Australian company
