ABA Panel Rejects Fledgling Law School's Bid for Recognition

Hundreds of students and graduates of Barry University's fledgling law school suffered another setback last month, when an American Bar Association panel rejected its bid for provisional accreditation.

Unless that decision is reversed next month, those students, many of whom have spent tens of thousands of dollars on their education, won't be able to practice law any time soon.
