A Veteran Leader Raises 'the Value of Our Brand'
Deborah M. DiCroce Tidewater Community College (Va.)
Deborah M. DiCroce has overseen 11 straight years of enrollment increases as president of Tidewater Community College, but her influence extends well beyond the college's four campuses.
She has also created a bridge to the state's flagship institution, the University of Virginia, and helped revitalize downtown Norfolk through a series of partnerships that are a hallmark of her presidency.
