A Template of Russia, but Calm: the U. of Helsinki's Slavonic Library
The Slavonic Library at the University of Helsinki does not need several days or more to retrieve a book, but hours, or even minutes. No part of its vast collection is closed to the public. Books, without regard to amount, are not dropped into the laps of researchers; they are not seized if a scholar fails to reorder them after three days.
