A Struggling Law School Turns Its Management Over to a Chain of Proprietary Schools
An Atlanta law school, struggling to gain national accreditation, has sought help from a chain of for-profit colleges.
John Marshall Law School last month signed an agreement under which the Argosy Education Group will manage its finances now and possibly buy it later.
The unusual move highlights the dilemmas faced by many so-called night law schools, which serve primarily working adults, in deciding whether to pursue accreditation by the American Bar
