A Search Committee in the Reel World

Kudos to John R. Broderick ("Here's the Lineup for the 'Dream Team,'" Careers, June 6). I would add one additional position to the ideal search team: a really good angler, a master at fly fishing, someone who is adept at concocting appealing position announcements and has the patience to wade through the bramble of job-posting options to find just the right candidate pool onto which to drop the bait at just the right moment. Many a successful search has resulted from a
