A School for Unsqueaky Wheels
"You wanna know what's different about this campus?" asks a tour guide. "Recess!"
A steel door in a building at the edge of the University of Nevada campus here burst open. Out bounded 12-, 13-, and 14-year-olds, running after bouncing balls, swinging jackets in circles over their heads. Technically, this is "lunch," and the exuberance rivals that of a middle-school playground.
