A Scholar at 2 Universities

To the Editor:

My agreement with Harvard and New York Universities reflects a cooperative spirit on the part of both universities for which I am grateful. There were two places in your column where the perspective was not quite right ("Peer Review," June 9).

In a Different Voice is not a book about adolescent girls; it is about how the inclusion of women's voices changes the human conversation, and also about the issues this inclusion raises for women.
