A President Is Reprimanded for Playing Policeman
The president of Central Connecticut State University learned recently that it's best to leave police work to the professionals.
Richard L. Judd was officially reprimanded last month by the Connecticut State University Board of Trustees for impersonating a police officer in January. He has admitted that he used oscillating lights on his university-owned car, along with an official-looking badge, to pull over a driver he thought was speeding on a street in Newington, near the campus.
