A New Chancellor's Accomplishments
To the Editor:
Last week I recommended to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees that Dr. Sylvia Manning, a fine scholar, a brilliant colleague, and a seasoned and extremely able academic administrator, be the next chancellor at our Chicago campus.
