A New CD-ROM Teaches Users to Identify 470 Kinds of Trees
Receiving a box of leaves in the mail is not unusual if you're one of the developers of Woody Plants in North America (Kendall/Hunt Publishing Company), a multimedia CD-ROM tutorial for plant and tree identification. Contributors from around the country provide leaves as samples for the project's image database.
