A Lecture From Uganda's President; High Tuition in China; South Korean Distaste With the War
President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda told Makerere University students at their graduation in October that they should stop despising blue-collar jobs.
He attributed the high unemployment among university graduates in Uganda and other African countries to the graduates' lack of enterprise and their unwillingness to perform menial work.
