A Female Professor Let Go by a Seminary
To the Editor:
Thomas Bartlett's "I Suffer Not a Woman to Teach" (The Chronicle, April 13) strikes me as the opposite of what it purports to be. The article professes to see justice done, but it unjustly characterizes what did happen.
First, the article declares that Sheri Klouda was fired. Like hundreds of others every year in America, she was simply told that she would not receive tenure.
