'A Fair Deal' for Adjuncts

Thank you for your useful report on the overuse and exploitation of graduate-student instructors and adjuncts in academe ("Study Shows Colleges' Dependence on Their Part-Time Instructors," December 1). It is essential that the truth of this terrible situation be known.
