A Continuing Dispute About Handbills

Scott Carlson's April 27 piece titled "Handbills on a Campus Are Protected by the First Amendment, Appeals Court Rules" ... is misleading. There is more to the story, and the appeals court's decision is less than it appears in the article.

First, Mr. Carlson's characterization of "acrimony between the two academics" is inaccurate. Douglas C. Giebel has filed several actions against Montana State University-Northern ... and others, including me in my former
