There is no Starbucks at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, but the Convict Mocha is exquisite: Just mix a little coffee and a little hot chocolate, throw in a Milky Way candy bar, bring it all to a boil with an immersion heater -- one of the few cooking tools prisoners are allowed to use -- and, voilà!
