6 California 2-Year Colleges Should Pay Faculties More, State Audit Says
A state audit released this month in California found that 6 out of 10 community-college districts that were examined had violated state law by not spending enough on faculty salaries.
The audit attributed the violations to "weak oversight" of California community colleges by the chancellor's office.
